Home Made Chocolates: After hearing these things everyone starts smiling! Because in whole life everyone wants to eat chocolates. Chocolate is very famous among Children. They always disturbing their parents to buy chocolates for them. Chocolates are also very famous between Couples they exchange their favourite chocolates between their partners. On Valentine week Chocolate demands are going high because everyone is going to purchase chocolates to give surprise to their partner. Chocolates are always famous for "Quick Sweets".

If anyone is celebrating their birthday, they just buy some chocolates and distribute them between their friend's circle. I am going to share some big facts and figures that are going to issued by the best researchers team in the world. Famous Chocolate Brand "Cadberi" started selling their chocolates in India in 1965 from Kerla and started manufacturing in the 1970s. Chocolate manufacturing started 4000 years back in Mexico. Chocolate is basically made from "Coacao" food.

India Based First Chocolate Manufacturing company is AMUL. In 1973, Gujrat based AMUL Company started manufacturing chocolates with their ICE-CREAM segment. They started Dark Milk chocolate manufacturing and supplying from there all over India outlets.

Many people are thinking that Cadeburi is an Indian Company, But it's not true. Cadaberi is a Multinational - British Company. it's owned by Mondelez International- company in the year 2010 and this company is known as " Kraft Foods". it is the world 2nd largest & biggest confectionery brand in the world after Mars the world premier brand.

Basically, Chocolates are divided into 4 types:

1st one is Dark Chocolates:

It's made by 35% Pure Cocoa Bean and this chocolate is very popular among couples.

2nd one is Milk Chocolates: 

It's made with 10% Cocoa and 25% Milk Powder. It's generally Famous among Children.

3rd one is White Chocolates:

it's basically made from approx 35% to 55% Milk Powder, Sugar & Cocoa Butter. It's also famous among Children & Couples, But, these chocolate sales are very high because of the low price.

4th and last is Ruby Chocolates:

It innovated in 2017, and mainly made by a special type of cocoa called" Ruby Cocoa Bean". Ruby cocoa bean is very rare. So, it makes it costly.

Currently, we all are facing many difficulties because of COVID-19, approx 7-8 month whole country are going locked and government giving some instructions to control this COVID-19. Approx 2.5 Months(20 March to 15 June) Whole things are shut down. No one is going to market, everyone has to live in their home with their family.
